I prepaid more than $800 for a scheduled car audio installation, took time off work, and drove nearly 30 minutes to make sure I arrived on time. When I got there, I was told the appointment had been canceled because the installer had a family emergency. I understand that emergencies happen. What I do not understand is why no one contacted me before I made the trip, especially since the business already had my full payment and contact information. I gave them two reasonable options: provide a discount for the wasted time and inconvenience, or issue a full refund. They chose the refund, which was processed promptly. While I appreciate that the money was returned without a fight, the lack of communication and apparent disregard for a customer’s time was unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great place. They are reasonably priced for car accessories. Hey do you custom audio in your car. Also things like backup cameras. The personnel who work there are very friendly and genuine. Stop in and check it out.

SandraLeigh - the owner - top notch. Super professional & highly knowledgable staff. AJ the installer clean, precise install - knows his cars & cameras. They offer multiple auto services & accessories: weather liners, audio, cameras, auto related items. Competitive prices. Appointments are recommended. Assess your needs and offer appropriate, non-pressured options. Great waiting areas with tv, clean & comfortable couches. Cant tell from the outside the awesome stuff offered inside the store/ssrvice area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I just upgraded my car speakers and purchased a dash cam and they were installed at Custom Audio. I couldn’t be happier with how well they work. Hats off to Sondralee, Nick, and A.J.for great customer service, product knowledge and flawless install. I highly recommend Custom Audio.

I took my truck in totally unhappy with what came from the factory and in one day they gave me everything I wanted plus the installer AJ did a remarkable job. It is one of the cleanest installations I’ve ever had done. I would recommend custom audio to any of my friends anytime first rate.

Custom Audio installed a Sony head unit to replace the factory unit in my 2018 Subaru, so I could access Apple CarPlay. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results…looks great and they seamlessly integrated it into the factory audio system, steering wheel controls, and backup camera. Highly recommend!

Customer service and the work they do is 2nd to none! I brought in a 94 Honda Civic and everyone said I couldn't put this newer deck in it. I brought it to Custom Audio and they said piece of cake and figure out a way to make it work. I had them hook up speakers and an amp I had too. Already scheduled an appointment to have lights put underneath! I could go on and on about stories of how great these people are but you should just go there and find out yourself.
